Regional Sales Manager - Denmark

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales manager to unlock your ambition and work the future at Aalberts. As a regional sales manager at Aalberts integrated piping systems EMEA/APAC, you will be responsible for delivery of consistent sales growth above and beyond the market conditions.

As an Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving revenue growth by actively executing the commercial strategy. You build strong relationships with installers, engineers, and distribution partners, manage a high-quality project and opportunity pipeline, and turn business plans into tangible results. With a hands-on approach, you leverage CRM and sales data to meet and exceed targets while strengthening Aalberts IPS’s market position. You are the driving force behind generating sales and translating strategy into action. You will report the national sales manager Denmark

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Be proactive in use of CRM
  • Develop business relationships with installers, engineers and distribution partners.
  • Achieve agreed business plans, ensuring contract support is generated and maintained in line with company requirements.
  • Promote Aalberts IPS within the marketplace.
  • Attend and add valued contributions to team and regional meetings.
  • Establish and deliver a clear business plan.
  • Quality management of project / opportunity pipeline using strong knowledge and understanding of their local marketplace
  • Proactively feedback future product requirements to enable effective demand forecasting
  • Utilise sales data and monitor; actual performance vs target and take corrective action to address any shortfall
  • Adhere to Aalberts IPS business compliance modules & procedures

 

requirements

  • Previous experience and ability to evidence success in a similar role
  • Fluent in Danish
  • Experience of working in a relevant industry with an understanding of the sales process would be a distinct advantage
  • Some technical experience/knowledge relative to the industry
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation skills, and have adequate IT skills to meet the expectations of the role
  • The ability to plan and identify actions required to achieve the agreed KPIs
  • Clear and open communication with all areas of the business in a professional manner
  • Capable of managing changes in the working environment
  • The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate commitment and problem-solving skills to deliver results
