We're looking for a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on solving problems, driving improvement and taking ownership. You'll lead our Quality team, work closely with customers and colleagues across the business, and build a best-in-class quality and aftersales function. From resolving complex customer issues to improving processes and reducing risk, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact on business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK Quality team.
• Drive quality performance, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Manage complex customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Lead product-risk, containment and recall assessments.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification.
• Analyse quality data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop supplier quality standards and drive issue resolution.
• Partner with customers, Sales, Technical and Operations teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.

• Experience leading quality activities within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, auditing and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC and control plans.

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience interpreting technical drawings and using measurement equipment.
